With 24 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, John held key leadership roles, including Commanding Officer of two Coast Guard Cutters and Human Resource Director for over 1,000 personnel across Alaska. After retiring from the Coast Guard, he continued his leadership journey as the Administrative Officer for the FBI\u2019s Washington, D.C. Field Office\u2014the agency\u2019s second-largest Field Office\u2014overseeing critical administrative and operational support functions.<\/p>\n
Throughout his 50+ year career, John has held diverse leadership and operational roles, including Office Administrator for a top-tier global law firm and Director of Organizational Development at a leading global immigration law firm. His experiences have reinforced his belief in strong leadership that empowers employees to excel in their roles.\u00a0<\/p>\n
John\u2019s passion for leadership development led him to pursue a Master\u2019s in Organizational Leadership, where he discovered the power of the CliftonStrengths<\/strong>\u00a0Assessment. Over the past eight years, he has dedicated himself to coaching individuals and organizations, helping them harness their strengths to drive performance and job satisfaction.<\/p>\n John holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership<\/strong> (with an emphasis on Organizational Development) and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems<\/strong>.
