At Called by Design, we believe that excellent performance stems from individual discovery of
one’s innate strengths and then purposefully applying those strengths in the workplace and in
life.

In fact, we named our company “Called by Design” to help people begin to think about how they are uniquely designed to perform and live.

We further believe that a person’s unique talents are not happenstance, and once discovered everyone can bring their best-self to all walks of life (work, family, leadership, faith and marriage).

We start every engagement with companies and individuals by establishing a common language using the Gallup’s Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment as a tool for self and organizational discovery.
